The modern form of this home is comprised of a large off-form concrete box atop a ground-floor of glass and off–form concrete. The use of raw industrial materials such as off-form concrete and steel compliments luscious timber paneling and opulent stone surfaces creating a warm and masculine ambience. The Flinders house consists of five bedrooms, three living zones, study, gym and four car garage and is a truly modern icon of Peninsula living
